• Develops and manages the OD team members, for undertaking higher responsibilities. • Supervise team members to ensure work continuity. • Manage projects and initiatives, as may be required by the Business Unit or Corporate Unit. • Contact with other supervisors & Top Level Management to build effective working relationships and identify synergies. • Participate in the preparation and analysis of management reports, highlighting areas of consideration and recommending future actions. • Participate in articulating policies and guidelines for various areas of Human Resources including Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, change management, job evaluation etc. • Facilitate the implementation of the approved annual budget for ARASCO\'s, contractor workforce and ensures that no variation nor new allocations are considered unless approved by the management. • Assess and Analysis the implication of new corporate strategies on the organization structure and recommends improvement initiatives in the organization structure.

- Organizational Design:
• Maintaining all organizational designs and job descriptions according to HRD standards.
• Processing and publishing OD Change Requests Drafts JDs & ODs according to HRD standards.
• Processing Employee Status Change Requests and updating the database with the changes.
• Updating and recreating organizational structures.
• Creating job descriptions & conducting job evaluations.
• Working with the Business Process team in finalizing all new positions in the OD.
• Designing the structures in Viso.
• Analyzing the OD change requests which includes (comparison between old & new OD, Financial impact, HRD recommendations and identifying the similar & impacted jobs)

- Compensations & Benefits :
• Prepares the annual increments proposal document.
• Running manpower planning and budgeting.
• Managing compensation and benefits of each position.
• Mapping employees for new ODs which results in determining: grade, salary, job title, and benefits.
• Handling promotions/demotions in alignment with the salary scale.
• Calculating percentage difference when promotions/demotions occur, and accordingly informing the business about the new budget.
• Managing bonuses according to the business budget.
• Calculating attrition rates and Saudization percentage quarterly.
• Maintaining a master database of all employees\' job information.
• Dividing the managerial levels for all employees according to their grades & job titles.

- SAP System :
• Implementing OD tasks using SAP system.
• Solving OD-related issues at the beginning of SAP installation in ARASCO.
• Creating the structures including the positions.
• Distributing & assigning cost centers.
• Mapping, transferring, promoting & demoting employees.
• Changing salaries, Job titles & grades.
• Creating reporting line for the structures.

- General Tasks:
• Conduct the final exit interview.
• Prepare Employees reports with all benefits as required by Business Unit.
